Sports Massage

My sports massage treatments are suitable for anyone regardless of whether you are active in sport or not. Many of my clients come to me before or after a sporting event (eg. a marathon or a triathlon). Others who may not do sports come simply to reduce muscle tension or to treat a chronic injury. And others come in pain and need immediate help to manage and reduce it. 

In my treatments I combine all that I have learned from the Western traditions of sports therapy, advanced anatomy and physiology, stretch therapy, pain and injury management, deep tissue and holistic massage with the Eastern approaches I have trained in, namely yoga, traditional Thai, ayurvedic and Indian head massage. 

Each treatment is tailored to the individual client in terms of pressure and the response of the muscular-skeletal system in the moment. 

I treat clients either at their home or at my home in Acton W3.
